The Ancient Greeks were the original athletes to admired "whole fitness," where every aspect of your body and athleticism was well-rounded and trained. This is the goal with our Olympia programming!
JONO Olympia is a high-intensity fitness program, focusing on core strength and conditioning in two distinct senses:
1st: We focus on core strength and conditioning because this form of fitness is foundational to all other athletic needs. Similar to how a university calls their required courses “core curriculum," this is the stuff everyone needs.
2nd: We focus on “core” strength and conditioning in the literal sense, meaning the center of something. All movements we incorporate build the centre of the body - improving strength, balance, and whole fitness.
Our women's only fitness program is a great way to kickstart your fitness journey!
With so many options out there we decided to design a program that was both functional and perhaps a little more than what you would normally get anywhere else.
Athena is a strength and conditioning program - not fundamentally different than our other high intensity programming - but without question different. We steer away from the intimidating heavy barbells and higher level gymnastics work and focus on the basics of training.
