Our women's only fitness program is a great way to kickstart your fitness journey! Classes will be focused on getting you fit, strong, and consistent in the gym - all the while ensuring you have fun, feel empowered, and are comfortable in your own skin!

What is Athena?

With so many fitness options out there, we decided to design a women's only program that is both highly functional and more intentional than those other options...

Athena is a strength and conditioning program - not fundamentally different or unlike our other popular programs (like our Olympia Programming). But, without question Athena is a unique program intentionally designed for women.

We specialize in meeting our clients where they are. Taking the time to get to know you and your current fitness level, in order to best coach you to where you want to be! We have a hands on approach with multiple layers of accountability to ensure you get everything you need to succeed! Our coaches won't do the workouts with you but instead watch, critique and ultimately help you with all your needs. 

We will teach you how to use weights, we will coach you on how to best approach your workouts and scale things for you on an individual basis, to ensure you get the best workout for you!

Can I jump in right away?

When joining Athena for the first time, you'll do what's called an 'on-ramp'. An on-ramp is a short 3-class introduction to all the movements you'll be using during your workouts, plus some other great functional fitness and nutritional education. This process really allows our members to get comfortable with the basics before jumping into the pool!

Once you're up and running, each class is run by a certified coach with your best interest in mind. Coaches are present to run the classes, teach new movements, ensure proper movement standards are upheld and intensity levels are appropriate for whatever level our members are at.
