"Some of my most rewarding accomplishments so far are just seeing and feeling differences in my body and in my fitness level. I always felt that I was in good shape so it is a nice accomplishment to feel like I’ve reached a new level of fitness that I have never been at before in my life.

If someone asked me what Crossfit is all about I would say that it is about having an intense workout and trying to be the best you can every day. You can go the traditional gym and do a couple of sets and “ok that’s enough I’m done for the day”, but when you workout at CrossFit Jono it’s different."
